By sponsoring a student, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Financial Commitment: Your sponsorship constitutes a financial commitment to support the educational and related needs of the sponsored student. The amount and terms of the sponsorship will be outlined in a separate agreement.
Non-Guarantee of Outcomes: Sponsoring a student does not guarantee specific academic or personal outcomes. While your support can significantly impact their opportunities, it is not a guarantee of success, graduation, or specific achievements.
Privacy: The personal information provided by the sponsored student and their family, as well as any communications related to the sponsorship, will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Termination: You have the right to terminate the sponsorship arrangement in accordance with the terms and conditions of your sponsorship agreement. In such cases, any unused funds may be allocated to other students or educational initiatives, as specified in the agreement.
Non-Transferability: Sponsorships are non-transferable. Your support is intended for the specific student named in the agreement and cannot be transferred to another individual.
Updates and Reporting: Periodic updates on the sponsored student's progress and utilization of sponsorship funds may be provided, as agreed upon in the sponsorship agreement.
