The 3G Youth Program is an 8-week virtual program that helps teens learn important skills not covered in school that will help them grow into responsible, compassionate, and integrity-oriented people in society. The program covers a wide range of topics, including: Integrity & Financial literacy: Teens will learn how to be people of integrity within themselves AND with money. In turn, will help them handle money, and make wise financial decisions now and in the future. Responsibility & Leadership: Teens will develop their leadership skills through hands-on activities and projects. Respectful Communication: Teens will learn how to communicate respectfully in a variety of settings, with adults and their peers. Problem-solving: Teens will develop their problem-solving skills by working on real-world challenges. Compassionate Conflict resolution: Teens will learn how to resolve conflict compassionately, peacefully and constructively. Social-emotional learning: Teens will learn about their emotions and how to manage them in a healthy way. They will also learn about empathy and how to build positive relationships.
